The “Good Nutrition Starts With Me” Youth Initiative centers on empowering primarily young individuals but also media practitioners, to make healthy nutrition practices a priority. The initiative is designed to offer capacity enhancement opportunities tailored specifically to provide them with the essential knowledge and skills needed to make informed nutritional choices. Accordingly, participants are equipped not only to adopt healthy eating habits themselves but also to advocate for improved nutrition within their households and their communities. By focusing on the youth demographic, AfriCAN acknowledges the potential for a sustained, positive impact on nutrition outcomes across Africa.

Phase One(1) Implemented across Cameroon, Gambia, and Ghana.
