tests to ensure effective knowledge transfer and retention and skill development, like the other two countries (The Gambia and Ghana).
The facilitators, who were experts in nutrition and its related fields, took participants through sessions on basic nutrition; types, causes and consequences of malnutrition, nutrition throughout the life cycle, diet related Non- Communicable Diseases (NCDs), food production, processing and preservation, food systems, nutrition and climate change and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).
