BACKGROUND
A day-long seminar organized by Africa Catalyzing Action for Nutrition (AfriCAN) on October 2, 2024, focused on fisheries, urban gardening, and youth involvement to tackle food security and nutrition challenges in The Gambia. The seminar brought together stakeholders, including youth, media representatives, government officials, nutritionists, and fisheries experts, to discuss sustainable practices, entrepreneurship, and the role of youth in agriculture and fisheries.
